Lockdown severely restricted my ability to travel. I went to Glen Finglas in June but otherwise it was distances of less than 15 miles from home. Glen Finglas produced singing Wood Warblers, Pied Flycatcher & Cuckoo. Also saw Common Sandpiper.
Otherwise, I had occasional trips to Strathclyde Park which produced only common birds. An over summering Whooper Swan & nesting Great Crested Grebes & Sedge & Grasshopper Warbler were about the highlights. In the second half of lockdown I concentrated more on Frankfield Loch. Lapwings had built up to 130 by late June. Kingfisher was regular. Teal, Gadwall & Shoveler were noted. Early July produced a Red Necked Grebe at Hogganfield.
There was a Nuthatch in the vicinity of the garden in late June.
